About Us
- Established in 1996, Bluebird Bakery started in a small, single space in Glendale, Ohio's Historic Village Square by Pastry Chef Jennifer Dennis. As the popularity of her scones, pastries, pies, and tortes grew, so did the need for more space. In 2000, an addition was built to accommodate the demand for Jenny's delicious offerings, and again in 2009, the bakery expanded with a new dining room cafe, adding soups, salads, sandwiches, and other savory items to the menu. While Jenny has since retired, Bluebird Bakery remains family-owned and operated, staying true to our made-from-scratch roots.
